In beta — please tell Jules what breaks and what needs more work!
Heads up — Ploppy is a Chrome extension. It works on desktop Chrome, not on a phone's browser.

Ploppy

Building your accomplishments file

Ploppy is only as good as what you tell it you've done — and for anyone who's been in the same role for a few years, that's the hard part. Your title stayed the same while the job quietly changed underneath it, and the actual evidence (the metrics, the projects, the moments you stepped up) is scattered across five years of docs, emails, and chat threads nobody's going to reread on their own.

This page is about closing that gap before you ever open the extension. It's not about priorities (salary, location, benefits) — that's a two-minute form already built into Ploppy's onboarding, because only you know what you want next. This is specifically about reconstructing what you've already done, which is the part that actually benefits from digging through a paper trail.

Path 1 — if your company already has a workplace AI assistant

If your org gives you Gemini for Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 Copilot, or something similar with access to your own mail/docs/chat history, it can do most of this reconstruction for you in one pass. Paste the prompt below (written for Gemini + Google Workspace — see the note underneath for Microsoft 365).

You are an expert executive resume writer and career strategist. I have been with my current company for 5 years, and my role has organically evolved. I need to audit my entire digital footprint to build a Master CV.

Please analyze my Google Workspace data—including Google Drive files (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Gmail communications, Google Calendar events, and Google Chat history over the last 5 years—to create a comprehensive career evolution report.

Please structure the output into the following distinct sections:

1. ROLE EVOLUTION TIMELINE
Identify the implicit or explicit shift in my titles, scope, and seniority from Year 1 to Year 5.
Highlight when my responsibilities shifted from execution to strategy/leadership (if applicable).

2. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES & OWNERSHIP
What are the recurring functions, processes, or departments I permanently own?
Identify cross-functional collaboration: Which teams or stakeholders do I interact with or manage the most?

3. MAJOR PROJECTS & DELIVERABLES
List the top 5–7 largest projects I have led or significantly contributed to.
For each project, identify the name/objective, my specific role (owner vs. contributor), and the key artifacts found in Drive (e.g., "Project X Launch Deck").

4. QUANTIFIABLE ACCOMPLISHMENTS & IMPACT
Extract any metrics, data points, KPIs, revenue numbers, budget sizes, or percentage improvements found in my emails, sheets, or performance reviews.
Frame these as resume-ready bullet points using the Google X-Y-Z formula: "Accomplished [X] as measured by [Y], by doing [Z]."

5. UNEXPECTED SKILLS & HIDDEN VALUE
Based on my calendar invites and chat history, what "invisible work" am I doing? (e.g., mentorship, crisis management, onboarding, process optimization).
What software, tools, or methodologies do I use most frequently based on my files?

Please synthesize this data thoroughly. If information is missing for a specific year, flag it so I can provide context.

Tips for getting a better result

On Microsoft 365 with Copilot instead of Google Workspace, the same prompt works with a find-and-replace: "Outlook" for Gmail, "OneDrive/SharePoint" for Drive, "Teams chat" for Google Chat.

Path 2 — if you don't have a workplace AI assistant

No AI tool with access to your work history? The same five sections are still worth reconstructing by hand — it's slower, but the questions are the same:

Before you paste it into Ploppy

A quick but important check: this kind of prompt can surface things that shouldn't leave your company — exact revenue figures, unreleased project codenames, another person's performance details. Skim the output and redact anything genuinely confidential before pasting it in. Everything you save in Ploppy is used to generate resumes and is processed by Anthropic's API to do so — see the privacy policy for exactly what that means.

Once it looks reasonable, paste the whole thing into the accomplishments field during onboarding (or from "Edit profile" later). Longer and messier is fine — Ploppy has a built-in richness check that tells you what's thin and suggests what to flesh out, and it only ever pulls from what's explicitly written there when scoring jobs or writing a resume, so nothing you didn't actually say gets invented on your behalf.
